INTERROGATION

Ask a question for which you have no answer. If you have a situation that you are trying to improve or a problem that you can’t solve, simply ask a question for which you have no real answer. When you don’t have an answer, you’ll be forced to find one. That’s when you’ll start stretching your imagination and finding answers that you never suspected had existed.

 

When asked to create an advertising campaign to improve the consumption of milk, the US agency that was assigned the task didn’t ask a simple question like: Why do people drink milk? Instead they asked a question for which no one had an answer: What will happen if you don’t drink milk, especially after eating a biscuit? The answer led to the legendary campaign: Got Milk?
